We Are Experts In Website Development, Digital Marketing & Search Engine Optimization

A web design and digital marketing studio that offers a range of services designed to help businesses start and expand their online presence and grasp their target audience.

Project terms

These terms apply to website plans and custom projects started through our online flow at popproxx.com/start. They supplement the policy below and were last updated on September 14, 2026.

Your agreement

A project is governed by the agreement you sign in the flow: the Website Plan Agreement for a website plan, or the Custom Project Deposit Agreement for a custom project. You sign by typing your legal name and clicking Sign; a copy is emailed to you and stays available from your dashboard. Where a signed agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement controls for that project.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept cards and US bank transfers (ACH). A bank transfer can take several business days to clear, and a payment counts as made when Stripe confirms it. Your payment method is saved with Stripe so the care plan can be billed monthly from the day your site launches. We never see or store your card or account numbers. Receipts come from Stripe.

The 30-day money-back guarantee

Your build is refundable in full within 30 days of completing intake, or until you approve your design, whichever comes first. If we haven't shown you a design within 30 days of intake, that window extends until we do. A refund takes the preview down and nothing is handed over. Add-ons are refundable until we start work on them and not once delivered. Custom work runs on its own quote and is not covered by the 30-day guarantee. The care plan is month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with. A refund ends the project: the preview is taken down and nothing is handed over. A dispute or chargeback opened with your bank pauses the project until it is resolved.

Design approval

When we present a design and do not hear from you for 14 days, it counts as approved, as the agreement describes. We remind you on day 7 and on day 12. Approval closes the guarantee window; two rounds of revisions on the approved design remain included.

Your dashboard and your files

Your dashboard shows your project's status, design preview, payments, agreement and files. Files you upload are stored privately, are used only to build your site, and can be opened only by you and by Popproxx. You may add files at any time and ask us to delete them.
